Our selection process follows these steps:

1️⃣ Application – Experts submit their application detailing their fundraising experience.

2️⃣ Evaluation by our team – Our team ensures that candidates meet our selection criteria detailed below. This manual review guarantees the credibility and expertise of the experts, through LinkedIn verification, Google searches, review of personal websites, and, if necessary, a clarification interview.

3️⃣ Identity verification (KYC) – Validation of identity documents is carried out by our partner Stripe, ensuring regulatory compliance in their country of residence.

4️⃣ Approval – Once these steps are completed, experts can begin offering missions to organizations that need their skills.

Selection criteria

We work exclusively with experienced professionals who meet our minimum requirements:

✅ Have successfully raised at least 1 million CHF/EUR/USD (or equivalent in other currencies).

✅ Minimum 10 years of experience in financing associations & NGOs, startups, SMEs, social enterprises, or research institutions.

✅ Strong skills in communication, strategy, and support.

To ensure the transparency and security of transactions, verification of each expert's legal and administrative information is carried out via our partner Stripe. This allows you to ensure that each profile complies with current regulations.

The cost of a mission depends on the expertise and experience of the expert, as well as the duration and complexity of the mission. Each expert sets their own rates, which are clearly indicated on their profile.

You can exchange with the expert to discuss the proposed rates, and the mission only begins when you have accepted the quote.

Missions are billed by the hour, and some experts offer success fees that reduce the initial cost of the mission.

You only pay when you engage an expert – discussing your needs is free. RaiseSquad guarantees transparent pricing, with prior agreement on the cost before the mission begins.
